I believe in you and your ability to heal by opening up and working on what is present. By creating a safe environment and attuning to you, I provide talk therapy, drama therapy and/ or an expressive arts approach.

          How do you know if drama therapy or expressive arts therapy are right for you? Emotions can get stuck in your body and in your mind and can feel inaccessible. Drama therapy can give you the opportunity to externalize what has been stagnant and help you find a healthy way to express and focus on what is present.
